We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented junior financial accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Secondary School qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
