Job Description :


Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement custom solutions and extensions within Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and application extensions.
  • Utilize Oracle Fusion Middleware tools, such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle JET.
  • Design, develop, and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion and other systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Implement and troubleshoot web services, APIs, and other integration technologies.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and performance problems.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support to manage and resolve high-priority technical issues.
  • Implement patches and updates to ensure system stability and security.
  • Lead and manage technical aspects of Oracle Fusion projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for technical tasks.
  • Coordinate with business analysts, functional consultants, and end-users to ensure project goals are met.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and technical staff.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members on new functionalities and best practices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Implement performance improvements and best practices to enhance system efficiency.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
  • Ensure compatibility of custom solutions with new versions and releases of Oracle Fusion.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data within Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory data protection requirements.
  • Conduct rigorous testing of custom solutions, integrations, and system upgrades.
  • Implement and manage quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion updates and technological advancements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
