About the Role:

We seek a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant to implement, manage, and support OIC solutions across Oracle Fusion SaaS applications and third-party systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with integration tools, APIs, and Oracle Cloud modules (HCM, Finance, SCM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, SCM, Finance) and external/on-premise systems.
  • Create and maintain REST/SOAP-based APIs and file-based integrations using FTP/SFTP.
  • Manage OIC components including connections, lookup tables, adapters, orchestration flows, and error handling.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in UAT with business stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical documentation and version control of all integration assets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve OIC integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in integration architecture and design.

Required Skillsets:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (Application Integration, Process Automation, Visual Builder).
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS modules : HCM, SCM, and Finance.
  • Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Web Services.
  • Experience working with various adapters : ERP, HCM, REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP.
  • Understanding of authentication protocols like OAuth, Basic Auth, and API security.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and deployment models.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills for resolving integration issues.
  • Good understanding of middleware best practices, performance tuning, and error handling mechanisms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Oracle OIC certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Exposure to Agile project management and DevOps tools.
