Speech Language Pathologist Role
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering world-class care to pediatric patients with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans for children with speech and language impairments
- Collaborate closely with families to ensure consistent progress and involve them in the treatment process
- Work collaboratively with other therapists and educators to deliver holistic care
- Document patient progress and prepare reports as required
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy, Communication Disorders, and Dysphagia
- Experience working with children with special needs a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Relevant certifications and licenses to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field preferred
