Project Coordinating Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, coordination and implementation within the agreed-upon scope, timeline and goals.

  • Establish project timelines and milestones
  • Monitor and control project deliverables to ensure they meet set standards
  • Update relevant stakeholders, clients or team members on project progress through regular updates
  • Coach and support project team members in their assigned tasks
  • Proper documentation is essential in this role
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all MEP activities across projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, ELV systems)
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and contractors for seamless integration
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management and contract negotiations for MEP services
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions
  • Manage project documentation, reporting and risk mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and project management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus
