We are seeking a talented UX Design Intern to join our team and help us design products that make a real impact on people's lives. As a member of our design team, you will collaborate with senior designers, researchers, and outreach teams to solve complex challenges using design, innovation, strategy, UX, brand, and narrative.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to design assets such as wireframes, components, UI layouts, or prototypes.
  2. Support UX research by conducting usability testing, field interactions, or documenting user feedback.
  3. Collaborate with design team members, share updates, and learn new tools and processes hands-on.
Requirements:
  1. Graduate degree in Design preferred, but candidates from any background may apply if they have an industry-recognized certification in UX design and a strong portfolio.
  2. 0 to 2 years of experience in UX Design.
  3. A small but thoughtful portfolio showcasing coursework, side projects, case studies, and self-initiated projects.
  4. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Miro.
  5. Familiarity with presentation, video editing, word processing, spreadsheets, and emerging AI tools.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Proficiency in additional Indian languages beyond Hindi.
  2. Experience with AI tools for research and design.
  3. Ownership of two smartphones.
