Quality Assurance Analyst Position

Seeking a detail-obsessed and driven Quality Assurance Analyst to help uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability. This is a fully remote position that requires cutting through complexity and ambiguity, identifying risks quickly, and bringing clarity to fast-moving scenarios.

  • Develop and execute tests on new features, tools, and game content
  • Ensure software functions as intended with exceptional accuracy
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases
  • Document and track issues using bug tracking software
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early
  • Generate clear and concise QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries
Responsibilities:LiveOps QA Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality and stability of live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms
  • Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Config teams to understand testing requirements and priorities
  • Test configured Live Events before and after they go live
  • Validate integrated assets & bundles in Unity across relevant branches
Feature QA Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations
  • Participate in Feature Sprint Cycles and track progress via test planning and execution
  • Write and maintain Test Plans and Test Cases in Xray
  • Execute tests across environments: Dev, Stage, Prod, Hotfix
Requirements:Must Have:
  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
Nice to Have:
  • Experience testing F2P mobile or web-based games
  • Familiarity with slot games or monetization-driven content
  • Experience with Unity-based asset validation and bundle integration checks
