We are seeking an experienced Middle School Coordinator to join our team. This critical role involves guiding teachers, monitoring instructional practices, providing timely feedback, and collaborating with school leadership to address performance gaps.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Education or a related field and minimum 7-10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in an instructional leadership role. Strong knowledge of modern pedagogical practices, excellent observation, feedback, and coaching skills, and a data-driven approach to tracking academic performance are essential requirements.

This position requires the ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments. The successful candidate will be able to provide ongoing support to teachers, promoting high-quality instruction and student learning outcomes.

A strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment methods is also required. Additionally, the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive school improvement initiatives will be beneficial.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lesson Plan Oversight: Review and monitor lesson plans from all teachers to ensure alignment with modern pedagogical strategies and curriculum standards.
  • Teacher Support & Training: Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to enhance lesson planning and instructional delivery.
  • Classroom Observations: Conduct formal and informal classroom observations to evaluate teaching effectiveness and share targeted, actionable feedback with teachers.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare monthly academic performance and teaching quality reports for senior leaders and maintain open communication with the Vice Principal.
  • Academic Quality Assurance: Ensure the consistent implementation of school-approved teaching and learning strategies and collaborate with senior leaders to make academic decisions that improve instructional quality.
