About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing & Partnerships Associate to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in building brand awareness, driving patient engagement, and fostering strategic partnerships to propel our digital health solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive growth across targeted channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, clinical) to align marketing strategies with business objectives and patient needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Wundrsight Health remains at the forefront of healthcare marketing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, community management, psychology, or sales.
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or technology sectors is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field (Master's Degree a plus).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Creative thinking approach with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
