Churn Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our user retention efforts. As a Churn Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to prevent user churn and re-engage lapsed listeners.

  • At-Risk User Intervention (Churn Prevention):
    • Identify churn signals through predictive models and analysis to target high-risk users.
    • Conduct surveys and interviews with at-risk users to understand the root causes of dissatisfaction and inform campaign development.
    • Design and launch proactive, multi-channel campaigns to re-engage users before they cancel their subscription.
  • Lapsed User Reactivation (Win-Back Strategy):
    • Develop and manage end-to-end win-back campaigns, including segmenting users based on past listening behavior and time since churn.
    • Craft compelling offers and hyper-personalized content to re-attract lapsed listeners.
    • Rigorously test and refine A/B testing methodologies to optimize reactivation rates and ROI.
  • Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Own and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Churn Rate, Save Rate, Reactivation Rate, and campaign ROI.
    • Serve as a critical feedback loop between Product and Content teams, providing data-driven insights on user behavior and informing roadmap decisions.
    • Collaborate closely with the lifecycle team to ensure seamless user experiences and aligned messaging.
