We are seeking a skilled professional to support our radiology department in a dynamic role that combines administrative tasks with technical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Critical Results Communication: Communicate critical and urgent radiology results promptly and accurately to radiologists, physicians, and healthcare providers.
  • PACS Administration: Manage the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) to ensure accurate storage, retrieval, and transfer of radiological images as needed.
  • Drafting Services: Assist in drafting radiology report correspondence and documentation under the guidance of radiologists.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including scheduling, answering inquiries, and maintaining files.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and medical staff to support clinical and operational activities.
Tasks Include:
  • Relaying findings to radiologists and internal team members
  • Maintaining records of critical result communications and follow-up actions
  • Troubleshooting PACS-related issues
  • Optimizing PACS workflows and imaging processes
  • Preparing addendums for review and approval
  • Updating radiology department databases
