We currently have an opening for a Team Leader position within our IT Security department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Demonstrate leadership skills in managing projects and tasks, track and report progress against established milestones, metrics, and deliverables.
  • Investigative Skills: Possess excellent investigative skills, insatiable curiosity, and drive to excel.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in multiple technical disciplines, including analytical and quality assurance techniques.
  • Personal Integrity: Self-motivated and possessing high personal integrity.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Proficient in preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation. Experience in maintaining various metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Operational Procedures: Experience defining and refining operational procedures, workflows, and processes to support the team in consistent, quality execution of monitoring and detection.
  • Business Needs: Understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as part of a distributed team with effective communication and collaboration skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have worked as a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) practitioner/expert and led teams for response and investigations.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and monitoring security tools and technologies related to DLP, Incident Management, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in the security incident response lifecycle and its phases. Ability to handle, resolve data security incidents minimizing impact and respond to escalations.
  • Strong knowledge of various data security tools and techniques such as DLP, Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), etc.
  • Knowledge of industry cybersecurity regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NIST 800-53, HITRUST CSF, etc).
  • Knowledge of various operating systems including but not limited to Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks, tools, technologies, and methods; experience in planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures, then performing testing and evaluation of documentation and controls with remediation recommendations.
  • Advanced level knowledge of GDPR requirements and regulations.
