Job Summary

Talentroll is seeking a highly skilled IT Director to lead our technology infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information systems management, with experience in implementing and maintaining information systems, data processing systems, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain information systems, data processing systems, and procedures to support business operations.
  
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with all departments to ensure seamless technology integration.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Collaborate with the IT Manager to develop and implement technology strategies that align with business objectives.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• 
  
• Diploma in Information Technology
  
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
  
• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  
• Knowledge of Windows Operating System
