Job Opportunity:

The position of Excel Mastery Trainer requires an individual to impart extensive training and monitor the student life cycle, ensuring standard outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver comprehensive training on IT skills
  • Conduct sessions on fundamental hardware and software knowledge, including computer components, operating systems, and application software
  • Provide in-depth training on Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word, encompassing page layout, printing, headers, footers, and mail merge
  • Teach basic internet skills, such as web browsing, creating new emails, and online shopping
  • Cover Google Drive, OneDrive, and online meeting tools like WebEx and Skype
  • Train students on remote desktop tools, including TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and Ammyy
  • Focus on advanced Excel skills, including cell references, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, power pivot, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, AND functions, and data validation
Essential Qualifications:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a faculty or trainer
  • Industry experience of 1-3 years, with aspirations to transition into teaching
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with patience and perseverance
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in soft skill training and personality development
  • Able to mentor, coach, and counsel students
  • Prior experience as a faculty, trainer, or instructor is highly desirable but not mandatory
