Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead our company-wide IT infrastructure, including the setup and maintenance of office systems, networks, and security protocols. The ideal candidate will bring over 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, with a proven track record of managing office setups, supporting end-users, maintaining hardware/software systems, and ensuring data security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Infrastructure Management:
    • Plan, implement, and manage company-wide IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime, scalability, and performance.
  • Office Setup and Maintenance:
    • Lead and execute the complete IT setup for new office locations including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and IT asset procurement.
  • Technical Support & Helpdesk Oversight:
    • Provide Level 1 & 2 support to internal users, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Network Administration:
    • Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls, switches), ensuring secure and stable network connectivity across departments.
  • Asset and Inventory Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensure proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits.
  • Vendor Coordination:
    • Collaborate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services.
  • Data Security and Compliance:
    • Ensure cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies are strictly implemented and followed.
  • Software and License Management:
    • Manage installation, configuration, and updates of business software; monitor license usage and renewals.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolution logs. Generate regular IT performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in related field.
  • Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL (preferred).
  • Residency in Gurugram or willingness to relocate.
