Job DescriptionThis is a senior-level role that requires delivering high-quality tasks to tight deadlines. Key responsibilities include conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking, estimating and producing cost plans, compiling and amending tender lists, drafting procurement documentation, checking and analyzing tenders, drafting tender reports, dealing with variations and change control processes, conducting cost checks and valuations, drafting monthly reports, and analyzing numbers for final accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant construction subject such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in similar roles within construction consultancies
- Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
