Develop high-quality web solutions and collaborate closely with our development team as a senior backend developer.

The Websites team is responsible for building CMS systems that receive over 2 million hits weekly.

You will engage with agile methods and adaptive frameworks to meet deadlines and follow best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enterprise content solutions using AEM-based technologies.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues and technical defects in AEM implementations.
  • Develop and implement product innovations using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) technologies.
  • Develop back-end features in AEM using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other AEM-specific technologies.
  • Implement efficient workflows, content replication, and versioning strategies within AEM.
  • Work on Springboot applications and AWS, handling CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain strong coding standards.
  • Mentor team members and participate in pair programming and extreme programming.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing development teams with strong Java skills and AEM knowledge.
  • Strong experience as a senior frontend developer in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations.
  • Familiarity with Java, AEM architecture, JCR, Sling, and OSGi, Services, Components, Dispatcher, caching systems, and integrating AEM with third-party services.
  • Front-end skills, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, and AWS knowledge will be a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer centricity.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
