Responsibilities

The SAP EHS Consultant will be responsible for evaluating EHS PS software systems, interacting with clients to gather requirements, engaging in all life cycle stages of project execution, and leading the development of product stewardship / compliance BPO solution centers of excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating EHS PS software systems available on the market, assisting clients with system requirements and selection, and providing advice on different systems in response to specific data, organizational, and operational requirements.
  • Interacting with clients to gather requirements and develop a full understanding of various business scenarios to assist with proposal development.
  • Engaging in all life cycle stages of project execution, providing support and enhancement to SAP platforms and solutions as required to meet client business objectives.
  • Leading the development of product stewardship / compliance BPO solution centers of excellence, focusing on SAP platform and global SDS authoring and delivery, and working with the SAP PS DS global partner lead and global PS service line to develop PS BPO opportunities and provide service delivery staffing scale-up, engagement management, and quality assurance.
  • Identifying and delivering solutions and integration services for SAP EHS PS functional areas using project management and business analysis methodologies on projects of diverse complexity and scope, implementing requested enhancements with appropriate testing, change management, and communication processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemistry and product stewardship / compliance, with a minimum of three full-life-cycle implementations experience, including planning, defining requirements, design, build, test, and deployment, and hands-on experience with SAP EHS PS functional areas and business processes.
