Renewal Cycle Manager

This is a highly customer-centric role focused on managing and executing subscription renewal lifecycles for our customers.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who can handle large volumes of accounts and responsibilities with ease. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer renewals from initiation to closure, ensuring timely notification and efficient quote building.
- Partner with sales and account managers to migrate customers to our ordering platform at the time of renewal.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities within existing customer bases.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and collaborate with Finance to facilitate payment collection.
- Analyze data trends to identify growth prospects and drive business expansion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with SaaS-based applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
