About the Role

Job Title: Deputy Manager-Membership

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Deputy Manager-Membership, where you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with membership regulations and supporting the team in achieving a seamless work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scrutinizing and processing applications for change in director as per Exchange/SEBI norms. This includes screening all applications related to change in director details, shareholding/DPG pattern constitution/re-constitution of partnership firm, and transfer of membership. Additionally, they will maintain records, update control sheets, and follow up with members via email and phone calls.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical ability, excellent execution skills, and strong communication skills. They should also possess good Excel skills and be proficient in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Scrutinize and process applications for change in director as per Exchange/SEBI norms.
  2. Screen all applications related to change in director details, shareholding/DPG pattern constitution/re-constitution of partnership firm, and transfer of membership.
  3. Maintain records, update control sheets, and follow up with members via email and phone calls.
Requirements
  • CS/CA/MBA from a reputable institute/university.
  • 3-4 years of work experience in securities/capital market, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
