Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the Biotech/Life Science industry and possess excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, including product launches and campaign management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create tailored marketing plans that support biopharma/life science product launches.
  • Product Launches: Plan and execute market analysis, positioning, and promotional strategies for successful product introductions.
  • Campaign Management: Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics for data-driven adjustments.
  • Brand Management: Maintain consistent messaging and visual identity for our biopharma/life science brand.
  • Content Creation: Develop compliant content for various platforms, collaborating with medical and regulatory teams.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape within the biopharma/life science industry.
  • KOL Management: Develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders in the biopharma/life science industry.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the Biotech/Life Science industry

• Excellent leadership skills

• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
