Chief Quality Assurance Officer

UltraTech is a leading cement manufacturing company with a consolidated capacity of 154.86 Million Tonnes Per Annum (MTPA) of grey cement.

The company operates 24 integrated manufacturing units, 33 grinding units, one Clinkerisation unit, and 8 Bulk Packaging Terminals across the country.

This role plays a crucial part in facilitating the implementation of Aditya Birla Operational Excellence (ABOE) Framework, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems within the plant.

The successful candidate will supervise, coordinate, and facilitate ABOE implementation across the plant, ensuring effective involvement of employees at all levels to achieve the Vision of the Group.

• Accountability: Supervise, coordinate, and facilitate ABOE implementation as per guidelines and planning across the plant.
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001: Organize, coordinate, and ensure the effective implementation of these systems in the plant as per standards to improve system performance.
• World Class Manufacturing: Drive and assist HOD in effective implementation of WCM through employee involvement to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction.
• ABOE: Plan and establish TPM practices and disseminate it at grass root levels to achieve key focus areas of Productivity, Quality, Cost, Safety, and Morale.

BE / B. Tech with Six Sigma certification

Strong and effective communication skills, Agile, Data Analytics, Lead Auditor

The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
