This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking pastries, chocolates & chocolate garnishes.

• Create and follow recipes for unique and delicious desserts
• Detect and decorate baked goods with attention to detail and presentation skills
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Stay updated with industry trends and new recipes, contributing to the development of the company's unique selling proposition

• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure all products meet quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the kitchen
• Pursue ongoing research and development to create innovative and high-quality desserts

The ideal candidate will have experience in pastry and chocolate skills, a degree or diploma in pastry arts, and a passion for creative and high-quality dessert preparation.
