Graphic Design Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to lead our design projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate client briefs into compelling visual solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing innovative designs that captivate audiences and align with brand identities and marketing goals.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting deadlines, and meeting client expectations.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a creative role, demonstrating growth and leadership in design positions.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing varied design work, including branding, digital, web, and motion graphics.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with additional knowledge of AfterEffects a plus.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide unique solutions.
  • A high level of accuracy in design work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear project communication.
  • Deep understanding of brand identity, including typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to align design with business objectives.
  • Experience leading design teams, providing mentorship, and fostering collaboration.
