Job Opportunity: Campus Engagement Leader

At our institution, we strive to foster a holistic growth environment for students. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing non-academic student life activities on campus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and coordination of diverse events and programs designed to promote campus engagement and foster a sense of community.
  • Organize activities such as orientation programs, cultural festivals, workshops, and other co-curricular initiatives.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, budgeting, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with university policies and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to various student clubs and organizations, enabling them to plan and execute successful activities and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Student Affairs, Education, Event Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in student engagement, event management, or institutional activities coordination.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills in English (oral & written).
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic campus environment.
