Marketing Influencer Collaboration Specialist

The role involves building strong relationships with influencers, managing collaborations, and driving impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, connect, and build long-term relationships with relevant influencers and content creators.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (social media, content, design) for campaign execution.
  • Track, measure, and analyze influencer campaign performance to ensure ROI.
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain a database of influencers and partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for social media trends and influencer culture.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with influencer marketing tools is a plus.
