We are seeking an experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Engineer to fill a key role within our organization.

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety orientations for personnel and contractors.
• Provide specialized training programs such as confined space, work at height, and defensive driving.
• Arrange third-party training sessions like rigger training and SCABA.
• Cultivate employee engagement through various training methods and media.
• Analyze root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Elicit effective communication with diverse individuals and groups.
• Navigate complex interactions in multifaceted settings.
• Foster collaboration across teams to achieve defined HSE objectives.
• Promote operational efficiency by utilizing Microsoft Office products and other software applications.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations.

Requirements:

• A minimum 5-6 years of experience in the oil and gas field.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
