We're seeking a versatile visual storyteller to join our team. As a Junior Motion Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, editing videos, and developing innovative content using AI tools.

This role is perfect for someone who stays ahead of the curve, follows trends, and knows how to turn an idea into compelling content.


Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing motion graphics for social media, brand films, and pitch decks.
Edit videos like a pro: reels, content pieces, explainers, mood films, ads, and more.
Experiment with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to create unique visuals and mockups.
Ideate creative concepts with our writers and art team – from brand campaigns to meme drops.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, internet culture, and Gen Z trends.
Push boundaries and experiment with new tech – we love people who love playing with it.

Requirements:
A solid foundation in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Comfortable using AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, or other emerging technologies.
Understand how to edit to a beat, pace videos for social media, and tell stories visually.
Experience in content creation, advertising, or digital storytelling is a plus.
Bonus points if you've dabbled in 3D (Blender, Cinema4D) or audio layering, or have a passion for meme culture or niche subreddits.
