Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Supplier Governance Specialist to oversee and manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and contractual obligations.

This role involves monitoring supplier performance, conducting risk assessments, and implementing governance frameworks that drive continuous improvement and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing supplier performance and applying governance frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate potential risks.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement governance frameworks and improve supplier performance.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing supplier performance and applying governance frameworks.
  • Good understanding of the Service Provider Standard and/or Policy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in supplier management software and tools.
