Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ to 9 years of experience in Identity Governance and administration
  • Hands-on experience with access and user administration in one or more IGA solutions
  • Strong understanding of user life cycle events supported by IGA
  • Prior experience working in operations
  • Experience with ticketing tools for access management
  • Ability to develop SOPs and runbooks
  • Strong understanding of Excel functions
  • Experience with distributed teams across different geographies

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience and knowledge in cyber security or identity and access management
  • Ability to adhere to client information security policies
  • Knowledge of business process, user provisioning process, and security maintenance processes
