Role Overview

This position is focused on delivering high-quality digital experiences through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). As a seasoned AEM professional, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy complex digital solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and deploy AEM components, templates, and workflows that are efficient and scalable.
  • Maintain existing AEM sites, ensuring optimal performance and adhering to best practices for web development.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate user experience requirements into functional AEM components that enhance customer engagement.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, working closely with product owners and developers to deliver high-quality features that align with business goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 8-12 years of experience in AEM development, with a strong focus on front-end development and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of AEM architecture, including core services, plugins, and integrations that enable seamless functionality.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS programming languages, as well as experience with Adobe Launch, Analytics, and Target.
  • Strong understanding of web application security, accessibility, and usability principles that ensure a positive user experience.
