About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our Data Platform group. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of technologies and wear many hats. You will be responsible for determining application requirements, performing analysis, and providing time estimates. You will also develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, React, HTML, and CSS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to determine application requirements and perform analysis.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, React, HTML, and CSS.
  • Integrate front-end and back-end components to create seamless, end-to-end web applications.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and fixing application issues.
  • Prepare required documentation for application support.
Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in a related position.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, especially with the following frameworks: React, Redux, jQuery, NodeJS, and all the underlying dependencies.
  • Can write code that is ESLint-compliant and cross-browser compatible.
  • High level of proficiency in a version control system, preferably Git and GitHub.
  • Initiative to propose and create appropriate solutions for changing situations.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and new ways of approaching projects.
  • Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, organizational skills, and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision.
  • Strong non-technical skills including, but not limited to, problem-solving, work prioritization, communication, self-direction, and time management.
