Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to drive product and business optimization strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in data analysis, Python, and SQL, as well as expertise in dashboard development and data visualization tools.

This role combines data analysis with machine learning engineering to support and enhance our Smart Factory Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Research and develop machine learning models to enhance smart factory capabilities.
  • Ensure data quality through cleaning, validation, and transformation.
  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data and ML.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline with relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and data engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Exposure to cloud-based platforms such as AWS and Databricks.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning tools and frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving and independent working skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
