Learning Experience Designer

We're a purpose-driven school inspired by Reggio-Emilia pedagogy, focusing on nurturing children as thinkers, doers, dreamers, and changemakers.

Our approach involves designing child-centric learning experiences aligned with our philosophy. We encourage creativity and exploration in an immersive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing lessons, games, and provocations that spark curiosity and engagement
  • Facilitating sessions that foster openness to children's ideas and feedback
  • Documenting and co-learning from children's observations
  • Collaborating across disciplines to deliver connected, purpose-based learning

Requirements for this role include:

  • A degree in any field (B.Ed preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience working with children or in creative/educational fields
  • Strong proficiency in the Hindi language—spoken, written, and literary
  • Experience designing activities for learners with varied exposure levels, especially in multilingual classrooms
