Principal Java Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Principal Java Software Engineer to join our Client of ACPL - AgileWaters Consulting Pvt. Ltd. team in this highly rewarding role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Java development and will be responsible for designing and developing robust, scalable, high-performing applications using Spring Core and React.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code, supporting test and deployment processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will also be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, architecting solutions, and participating in the on-call rotation as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Java development;
- Proficiency in using the Spring framework for creating enterprise-level applications;
- Solid understanding of React and its core principles;
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git Actions for continuous integration, deployment, and automation;
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
