Ethics Manager Role

This position is pivotal in championing ethics and integrity across our organization. You will lead internal investigations, manage compliance with sexual harassment regulations, develop training programs, and strengthen corporate values.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in ethics, compliance, HR, or legal roles. A deep understanding of POSH regulations and strong communication skills are essential. Discretion and attention to detail are also crucial.

You will be part of a company that leads in the family holiday industry, with resorts across India and Europe. Our goal is to reach 10,000 rooms by FY30.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal investigations into ethical violations, misconduct, or breaches of company policy.
  • Manage compliance with POSH regulations, including case handling and committee coordination.
  • Develop and deliver ethics training across departments to foster a culture of integrity.
  • Review and update policies related to ethics, compliance, and workplace conduct.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal values.
  • Maintain confidential reporting systems and ensure protection against retaliation.
Strategic Functions
  • Shape organizational culture by embedding ethical principles into decision-making and leadership practices.
  • Monitor compliance trends and proactively address emerging risks.
  • Advise senior leadership on ethical dilemmas and policy implications.
  • Support ESG initiatives through ethical oversight.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
  • Ability to influence change and drive ethical behavior across all levels of the organization.
