Cloud Software Developer

We're looking for a talented Cloud Software Developer to join our team at SAP. As a Cloud Software Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our cloud-based applications. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and test software applications for our cloud platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop cloud-based software applications using JavaScript and other relevant programming languages.
- Collaborate with our development teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliver software solutions that meet our customers' needs.
- Develop and maintain software applications for our cloud platform, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and reliable.
- Test and debug software applications to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in cloud-based applications with strong skills in JavaScript.
- Ability to deliver in time and in quality.
- Basic expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, especially in SAP BTP with Cloud Foundry is an advantage.
- Basic expertise in SAP UI5 development, Freestyle SAP UI5 is an advantage.
- Basic experience in SAP CAP and CDS modelling is an advantage.
- Basic expertise in test automation frameworks like OPA5 and QUnit is an advantage.
- Exceptional analytical and debugging capabilities, with a knack for handling complex issues.
- Business knowledge is an added advantage.

Our dedicated team is developing a cloud product under maintenance scheduling area 'SAP Maintenance Scheduling and Optimization', designed to bridge the gap between long-term and short-term maintenance scheduling, ensuring top quality and efficiency.
