Job Responsibilities:
  • Create design ideas that meet project functions of aesthetics and practicality.
  • Analyze user requirements while participating in research, conceptual and development of designs.
  • Present and express Interior design ideas and planning by free hand sketches.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines and work in a team.
  • Prepare a complete set of construction drawings, documents, specifications for Architecture Interior design and maintain graphical standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or relevant field.
  • 4 to 10 years of relevant experience with good level of technical competency.
  • Proficient in software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledgeable about Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works.
Additional Requirements:
  • Knowledge of textures and material product selections.
  • Furniture, decorative lighting, equipment & window treatment product selections and specifications.
  • Ergonomics.
  • Architectural interior lighting.
  • Sanitary fixtures, fitting & accessory products.
  • Disability codes and applicability to layouts.
  • Material sample boards.
Desirable Skills:
  • Positive work ethics and ability to work in a demanding environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit for Architectural Interior design concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English language.
