Job Title: Remote Desktop Support EngineerA career in desktop support is ideal for those who are passionate about solving complex technical problems and working with a diverse range of hardware and software systems. This role involves providing round-the-clock technical support to ensure that users have access to the resources they need to do their jobs efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or remote desktop connection to troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technicians as needed.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless support across different time zones.
  • Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems, as well as hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
