We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team in the development of cutting-edge energy storage products. The successful candidate will have experience in mechanical and/or electrical design of lithium-ion battery packs and modules, with expertise in ESS/BESS and exposure to EV's.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Design enclosures, module casings, busbars, and harness layouts for lithium-ion battery packs.
  • Create 2D/3D CAD models and detailed drawings using tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and ease of assembly.
  • Develop wiring diagrams, cell arrangements, and structural layouts ensuring thermal and electrical safety.
  • Integrate design inputs from BMS, cooling systems, safety standards, and certification requirements.
  • Conduct tolerance analysis, material selection, and thermal/structural validation in coordination with simulation team.
  • Support prototyping, validation testing, and iterate designs based on test feedback and production learnings.
