Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Project Lead to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our BIM delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of 5D BIM technology across multiple regions and sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement 5D BIM strategies to drive project delivery and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with designers, BIM leads, and cost consultants to ensure the best utilization of 3D models for costing.
  • Manage project delivery from kick-off to submission of final output, ensuring accurate and efficient execution.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
  • Effectively communicate complex ideas through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Act as a thought leader and drive organizational change for 5D implementation.
  • Conduct workshops with senior stakeholders to identify challenges and develop effective strategies and solutions.
  • Manage resources, optimize workflow, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead and mentor a team of BIM professionals, providing guidance and training on 5D BIM processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Develop the capability within the company to maximize 5D BIM techniques and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in 5D BIM technology and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of overall experience in BIM project delivery for international projects.
  • Experience in delivering multi-disciplinary projects as 5D projects usually involve Architectural, Structural & MEP disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing BIM delivery for large-scale projects leading a team of at least 10 members.
  • Experience in BIM implementation in large-scale projects across multiple sectors & regions like Infrastructure, Buildings, Water, and Transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of different Asset classification systems like Master Format, Uniformat etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the construction process from a cost management perspective.
  • Experience in handling a wide range of stakeholders including Site Teams, Supplier, Client.
  • Experienced in acting as a mentor and demonstrated the ability to successfully scale up teams.
  • International experience working with global project teams.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 and Information Management principles.
