Affordable Housing Finance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Affordable Housing Analyst to join our team. As an Affordable Housing Analyst, you will play a critical role in structuring and executing affordable housing deals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. If you are passionate about affordable housing and have a proven track record of success in a related field, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structuring and executing affordable housing deals
- Preparing and submitting funding applications to various governmental sources
- Monitoring and tracking documents and checklists
- Researching new funding opportunities and expansion opportunities
- Supporting other initiatives and special projects as required
Requirements:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in business, construction management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, underwriting, financial modeling, or financial research
- Background in financial analysis, project finance, credit analysis, valuation, and balance sheet analysis is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF
