Job Title: Game Design and Animation Faculty

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our faculty as a Coordinator – Game Design and Animation. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in game design, animation, and interactive media, with demonstrated proficiency in both visual storytelling and technical skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum development and delivery, including planning and quality assurance
  • Teaching core courses in game design, animation, and interactive programming
  • Mentoring students in game development projects and industry-linked internships
  • Integrating programming modules (game logic, interactivity, AI) into course content
  • Liaising with industry partners and supporting faculty development
  • Organizing game jams, showcases, and co-curricular industry events

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, Python, JavaScript
  • Experience with game engines and tools: Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Blender
  • Understanding of animation workflows, storytelling, and level design
  • Strong knowledge of gameplay mechanics, UI/UX for games, and interactive media
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Game Design, Animation, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant academic or industry experience
  • Strong portfolio of game/interactive projects and/or published work
