Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Craftsman to drive the development and maintenance of our software systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development methodologies. They will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring high-quality code, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software applications using Java and Spring Framework.
  • Design and implement APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in planning sessions, estimation, and retrospectives to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in software development, with hands-on knowledge of Java and Spring Framework.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
