Lead Data Analyst

This is a pivotal role in advancing our mission of making the world a safer place. As the primary liaison between business functions and the data & analytics team, you will drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Engagement & Coordination
    • Act as the primary liaison between assigned business functions (e.g., Sales, Service, Operations, Finance) and the Data & Analytics team.
    • Prioritize and manage incoming requests from business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of analytics deliverables.
  • Analytics Delivery & Technical Execution
    • Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.
    • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
    • Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytics outputs.
    • Drive continuous improvement in Power BI dashboard design, usability, and performance.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Supervise and mentor a team of Data Analysts; assign work, review outputs, and provide technical guidance.
    • Collaborate with other Analytics Leads and the Head of Data & Analytics for cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, be able to communicate complex data insights effectively, and have experience leading a team of analysts.
