Loan DSA Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and motivate a team of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in the loan origination process. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the loan DSA process, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales in the financial services sector.

Job Summary:
  • Lead a team of loan DSAs to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end loan origination process, including sourcing clients, loan processing, and documentation.

Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve high levels of productivity and quality. Additionally, you will oversee loan origination, provide training and guidance, and monitor team performance.

The successful candidate will be a results-driven leader with experience in team management, loan products, and the DSA process. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the loan DSA or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan products (personal, business, home, vehicle loans, etc.) and the DSA process.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive results, handle challenges, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Familiarity with financial compliance and regulatory frameworks for loan disbursements.
  • Analytical skills and ability to prepare reports and monitor team performance.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA or related certifications will be an added advantage.
