We are seeking an innovative Graphic Designer who excels in pushing the boundaries of creativity.

About the Role

This position demands someone who is passionate, proactive, and can transform complex briefs into exceptional creative work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a visual language that consistently delivers across multiple brands and campaigns
  • Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creatives for various formats including print, digital, outdoor, films, and more
  • Collaborate with copywriters, creative strategists, and client servicing teams to generate compelling ideas that align with brand strategy
  • Mentor junior designers and visualisers to deliver high-quality work
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear, consistent, and innovative creative executions
  • Review creative work to ensure it meets high standards and client expectations
  • Present ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency (not digital-only or event-focused)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats (ATL, BTL, integrated campaigns)
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation, not just design
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
