We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

This is a full-time, permanent position within our Software & QA department. As a member of our Agile team, you will work collaboratively with product management, other engineering teams, customer success, and support to develop cutting-edge new product features and enhancements across various areas of our offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, revising, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts
  • Contribute to test automation activities by coding and programming in various automation frameworks/languages
  • Participating in design, development, testing, and deployment of our products and services, including enhancements and/or resolution of any issues that may be reported
  • Investigating and resolving complex customer issues

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of overall manual and automation testing experience in a large-scale distributed environment, as well as proficiency in testing RESTful Web services API automation using POSTMAN and REST Assured along with GraphQL APIs. Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills, are also essential.

Requirements

The following requirements must be met for this role:

  • 3-5 years of overall manual and automation testing experience in a large-scale distributed environment

Education

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
