\Job Description
\We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Program Specialist-Software Development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing tailored technical solutions to support loan operations and related business processes.
\Key responsibilities include engaging with business stakeholders, designing and developing software systems, and working closely with various teams to ensure a seamless rollout of products and services. Additionally, the Digital Program Specialist-Software Development will lead the promotion of DevOps best practices within our ITD-managed projects.
\Required Skills and Qualifications
\To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong programming skills in languages such as Core Java, Spring/SpringBoot, C++, .Net, PowerPlatform, Python, RESTful Web Services, etc. You should also have good knowledge of multiple front-end languages and JavaScript frameworks, as well as databases, web servers, and container platforms.
\A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field from a reputable university is required. A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development is also necessary.
