Quality Assurance Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Strategist with over 12 years of experience in quality engineering and test automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java Selenium automation frameworks, strong understanding of BDD (Cucumber), build tools like Maven, test frameworks like TestNG, and experience in version control systems like Git.

This key role will be responsible for defining and implementing QA strategy across projects, leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers, overseeing the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks, managing test planning, execution, and reporting, and driving the adoption of test automation in CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong background in testing and test management with at least 5 years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Experience in preparing test strategies and plans
  • Strong understanding of functional testing including UI, API, and DB
  • Proficiency in using test management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Good understanding of performance testing and its implications
  • Ability to mentor and lead teams effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
